I am so pleased with my results from my personal training sessions at Fit 4 Life. My trainer Adrian has been with me from day one. He’s been positive, encouraging, and demanding a “no quit” session while being mindful of my physical limitations. He has not only been attentive and watchful of my form but makes sure I have a balance in nutrition, that I keep up my regimen at home and even provides tips for keeping my form when I work out at other gyms. I have lost inches off my body and dropped 2 sized in clothes since I’ve began. I am more alert and don’t even need caffeine anymore! I have more energy and don’t get drowsy after lunchtime.
