I would highly recommend Fit 4 Life to any physical therapy patient or person looking for personal training. The one on one sessions are immensely helpful and they give you an opportunity to build a relationship with the staff member you're working with.

FIT4LIFE should be your New Year resolution. Go see Travis Monday or call and schedule a free session, you will not regret it. I joined 2 yrs ago and it was the best thing ever. I have been able to lose 40lb and kept it off.
