Vickie Wong, Personal Trainer

I graduated in May 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. I am presently in graduate school at the University of South Florida to obtain a Master’s of Science degree in Exercise Science with the concentration of Strength and Conditioning. I specialize in weight training and aerobic training utilizing a professional programming style utilizing reps, sets, and rest periods. I started weight training in my freshmen year of high school where I competed barely able to bench press the standard 45-pound bar at around 100 pounds. Training helped me excel very quickly in the sport and I ended up breaking the records for the school. I was an athlete all through high school and couldn’t give it up after I graduated so I knew my passion was with fitness. My goal is to help people be the best they can be (somatically and mentally). Exercise can be a fun lifestyle with the proper education and assistance. I find working with people one-on-one most effective. Therefore, Fit 4 Life could not be any more optimal for me to establish my goal. Strength is empowering.
